I have been in practice since 2009.
I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, teens, and families. My areas of expertise includes working with stress management, interpersonal issues, marital strife, anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief/loss, spirituality, life transitions, and career decisions. Additionally, I have experience in running support groups centered on building healthy relationships, blended families, divorce recovery, and life transitions, i.e. transitioning to college. I also have extensive experience working in youth ministry.
I have a passion for helping people learn how to grow and overcome challenging life events. I believe that healthy relationships and making good personal choices are key to having an emotionally healthy life. I am committed to providing a safe and comfortable counseling environment, in which clients can grow and heal through the therapeutic counseling process.
